Capability building grounded in real transformation work

The Idea

At DBON, we work with leaders and teams on transformation in real settings - programmes, projects, and day-to-day operations.

Across that work, we consistently experience that new approaches only take hold when people know how to apply them in their own context.

DBON Academy complements this work.

It provides a structured way to build the capabilities that teams, managers and leaders need while transformation is happening — not afterwards.

The sessions are based on what we see in practice and are designed to be usable straight away:

  • Situations and examples drawn from actual client work

  • Clear structure that helps participants make sense of complex topics

  • Focus on how managers and teams operate in practice

  • Practical application during and after the session

Featured Session

Managing AI-Enabled Teams

AI tools are already part of everyday work in many teams.

That changes how output is created:
  • Things move faster

  • Results look more polished

  • But it’s harder to judge how reliable they are

For managers, this creates a different kind of challenge.

This session focuses on how to:
  • Make AI usage visible in the team

  • Set simple, workable guardrails

  • Review AI-supported work properly

  • And use AI as a support in leadership tasks

The session was first developed in a client setting and is now part of our broader offering.
